Graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with a Degree in Law.
Postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and Postgraduate degree in Banking and Finance Law at University of Piraeus. Currently she is PhD Candidate in Civil Procedure Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Covers and solves cases that cover all civil, commercial and enforcement law with special attention to legal cases involving civil, commercial and banking disputes.
She has published a paper entitled “Critical overview of the jurisprudence on the grounds for opposition to a payment order from a current account credit” in the legal journal Private Law Chronicles (March 2022 issue), as well as comment against the Supreme Court ruling no. 822/2022 regarding the legalization of servicing companies in case of securitization of claims based on Law 3156/2003, in the legal journal “Civil Law and Civil Procedure Applications”, (October 2022 issue).
Excellent knowledge of English and very good knowledge of German.
